Out this week is a brand new offering from one of UK hip hop's hardest working duos. Mediocrity-crime fighting heroes 'Adam And Cuth' have just served up a beating in the form of their new video for 'Happy Up!'. Taken from their latest album 'Formwork', the track is a soul fueled head nodder for the UK masses with a relentless rolling flow that grabs you by the hand and runs stark naked through a sunny field on a crisp spring morning.
In our album review, Underground HH had this to say... "To end the album we're hit with a slap of dopamine to the frontal lobe as uplifting vibes ooze into our eardrums!" - Leon Calder (head honcho). With a concept designed by Adam and Cuth, the video is directed, shot and edited by Max palmer and stars a cast of wacky characters that the duo bounce and play off to good effect. Shot in Springfield Park & Praxis Studios, Stoke Newington, London, in November 2015. Edited in Wellington, New Zealand. Visually gripping antics and slapstick has become synonymous with UK hip hop's cheekiest crew, and Happy Up! has given them the excuse they didn't need to play the clown.
Adam & Cuth are consistently at the forefront of the UK scene and offer a slant to the UK sound that is refreshing and well received here at Underground HH HQ. If you're a fan, this video won't disappoint and if you're new to the A&C camp then this is sure to entice you in for more.
