Darren Kandler is an english rapper better known as Klashnekoff or Ricochet Klashnekoff, K-lash was born in Hornsey (north london) and later moved to Hackney (East London) where he began his career in the music industry. Klashnekoff has been writing his rhymes since the age of ten, he uses his ability to help him express his opinion and problems he has been through such as drug addiciton.

When listening to klashnekoff you can hear his west-indian roots shine, due to his style and subject matter Klashnekoff has been a big part of the uk hip hop scene for many years and will always be respected. He continues to write about the subjects which matter to him and the youth of today such as growing up in a poverty ridden city, society and its influences.

Klashnekoff's name is influenced from the Russian gun - kalashnikov, the reason behind choosing this name as his hip hop alias is because the
klashnekoff has for sometime now represented 'Freedom'.
